What people usually ask before the first call.

How long does a coaching engagement run?

Longer-term Executive One-on-One typically runs 6–12 months at a bi-weekly rhythm. Weekend Deep-Dive is two days. Wingwave is 2–4 sessions. Team programs run 3–6 months.

Is it confidential?

Yes, completely. What is said in the session stays there. No references, no reporting back to HR, no exceptions. This is one of my core principles.

Online or in person?

Both work. About 60% of my clients work with me online, and 40% in person in Budapest. Retreat formats always run off-site.

In which language?

English and Hungarian. You choose the working language — you don't have to explain why it matters that you work in your mother tongue or your professional language.
