ICF-based executive coaching
International coaching methodology, ongoing supervision, and a peer intervision circle I work with regularly.
I didn't become a coach when I stopped leading. I became a coach when I realised that after 17 years of leadership and business experience, I'm most useful where you have to understand both the decision and the person making it — at the same time.
The first half: middle and senior leadership roles in multinational environments, international project teams, transformation programmes, freeing successes and very honest failures. I learned that a leader is never larger for what they see — only for what they listen to.
The second half — and this is where I am now: full-time executive and business coach. I do one thing, and I do it on purpose. Whoever spends an hour with me gets my full attention. Not divided, not half, not "on the side".

Leadership years in multinational companies — finance, tech, manufacturing. I don't offer theory; I offer shared language.
Certified Wingwave coach. Evidence-based, targeted method for resolving stress, blocks and performance obstacles.
NLP-based communication and change toolkit — part of the coaching process, never the point of it.
1. Confidentiality above all. What is said in the session stays there. No exceptions, no "after the reference".
2. No prestige coaching. I'm not here to make it comfortable. The right question is often the uncomfortable one.
3. Time for your time. Leaders' time is sacred. I work on time, prepared, and to the point.
4. Measurable change. If you don't see movement in three months, we say so — we don't continue out of momentum.
The first call is complimentary. I don't sell — we figure out together whether coaching is the right answer right now, and whether I'm the right person for it.
