Four formats — all built on the same principle.
Behind every program the same three pieces of work: clarity, presence, momentum. The format adapts to the situation — the principle does not.
Executive One-on-One
A longer-term, confidential coaching relationship with a single leader. The backbone from which every other program branches out.
Who it's for. C-level decision-makers, founders and senior managers who aren't trying to close a single topic, but are looking for a reliable place for the next 6–12 months — where they can be honest about things they can't be honest about elsewhere.
Format. 90-minute sessions on a bi-weekly rhythm. In person in Budapest or remote (Zoom, Teams). The first call is complimentary and non-binding — its purpose is to find out whether we're the right pairing.
Topics we typically work on:
- Leadership identity and presence — how you walk into the room
- Strategic decisions and stakeholder maps
- Conflicts, difficult conversations, boardroom dynamics
- Sustainable pace — a leader's life without burnout
Weekend Deep-Dive
A two-day closed format for leaders whose weekdays don't stay planned — or who simply need a concentrated block of time.
Why it works on a weekend. Because the phone doesn't ring. There's no next meeting in the room. There's no urgent email whose presence alone makes real thinking impossible. In my experience, leaders can focus on themselves far more sharply at the weekend.
Format. Two days at a closed off-site (or a discreet Budapest space). One specific topic — worked through in depth. Before a breakthrough or a career inflection. The process closes with two 60-minute follow-up sessions so the decisions don't slide back into the drawer.
- Before a new role (first 100 days)
- Before or after a merger, acquisition or exit
- At recognised signs of leader burnout
- For a big strategic question with no time-window in the week
- When the same topic has been returning for years — and it's time to close it
Leadership Team Coaching
Leadership teams organising themselves for the next stage of growth. Not training. Facilitated work on the team's real questions.
A combination of a two-day strategic retreat and 3–6 months of continuous accompaniment. After the retreat, every team member gets the weekly/bi-weekly structure they need for the decisions to make it into reality — instead of falling apart in the first Monday crisis.
Typical focus areas:
- Team dynamics, roles, decision culture
- Strategic alignment and executive rituals
- Difficult in-team conversations — finally out in the open
- Succession, exit, generational handover
Wingwave — Targeted release
Coaching plus an evidence-based neuropsychological method. For specific blocks. Presentation stress. Decision fatigue. Not therapy — performance-focused coaching.
Wingwave is a structured, short method that uses the logic of REM-sleep eye movement in a waking state. The goal isn't theory but measurable change per session. It typically produces results in 2–4 focused sessions.
When Wingwave helps:
- Presentation / public-speaking blocks
- Negotiation stress, boardroom anxiety
- Recurring reactions tied to a specific memory or situation
- "I know I know it, but I still don't act" kinds of blocks
Can be integrated into longer-term Executive One-on-One work — or used on its own.
How we work together.
In person or remote
A discreet space in Budapest for in-person work. Remote sessions on Zoom or Teams. Off-site retreats arranged separately.
Bi-weekly or intensive
Longer-term work typically runs on a bi-weekly rhythm. Intensive blocks are booked as separate formats.
On request
Individual program fees depend on situation and format. The first call is always complimentary.
30 minutes. Complimentary. Not a sales call.
In the first call we figure out whether we're the right pairing — and which format fits your situation right now. If I'm not the right person, I'll tell you.
