2.1. Contact via the website form or by email
Data processed: name, email address, phone number (optional), enquiry type, message content.
Purpose: to reply to the enquiry and take pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
Retention: where a contract results, for the duration of the contract and the statutory limitation period; otherwise for up to 12 months.
2.2. Delivery of coaching services
Data processed: contract data (name, billing address, tax number where relevant),
information shared during the coaching process (treated as strictly confidential and not
forwarded to third parties).
Purpose: providing and invoicing the coaching service.
Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligation
(accounting, tax — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Retention: accounting-related data are retained for 8 years under §169 of Hungarian Act C of 2000.
2.3. Website operation — technical data
Data processed: IP address, browser type, time of visit, pages visited —
automatically generated technical logs held by the hosting provider.
Purpose: secure operation of the website, troubleshooting.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: typically 30 days, as configured by the hosting provider.
3. Cookies
This website does not use analytical or marketing cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies (e.g. language preference) may be set. Under GDPR these do not require consent.

4. Processors and recipients
Hosting: Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus) — website operation and technical logs.
Email service: Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) — email communication.

No other third parties receive personal data. Information shared during coaching is confidential and is not forwarded to any third party — including the client's employer.
